Organizes the RUN OR DIE first CROSS SHOOTING ride on obstacle path

 2. GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

 The event will take place on Saturday 18 and Sunday, 19 November 2017, with a meeting at Monte Cappuccio Fagnano resort of Varano de Melegari PR

 Here will be the briefing pre-race, departure, arrival and rewards.

 RUN OR DIE is an obstacle course race divided into three categories:

 SIMIL MIL COMPETITIVE

About nine km with 500mt of positive difference, 20+ obstacles, for agonists and competitive athletes.

As already provided by the European and World OCR Contest, a band will be assigned to each participant to wear on the wrist, personnel who can not be sold to other athletes and must always be visible to the athlete's wrist.

Obstacles will have to be crossed and overcome correctly using the appropriate support, without using the structural parts of the obstacle, punctuating the obstacle,

The attempts at disposal to repeat the obstacles are infinite unless you go beyond the 2 hours and 30 minutes racing time limit.

The abandonment by the athlete to overcome the obstacle involves the band being cut off by the judge and therefore the exclusion from the final standings.

At the finish line the athlete will have to show the band to the court to prove he has completed the course properly, the loss of the band for any reason will result in exclusion from the competitive rankings

 SIMILAR MIL not competitive

On the same routes you can face yourself or in a team designed for people interested in approaching the ocr world just to test yourself, where the imported will have fun, team up, help others, and help themselves .

No band will be assigned, but a timing chip that will allow you to draw up a final ranking for non-competitors as well.

LIMIT TIME 3 HOURS

REAL

A single competitive race, about 4 km with 12 or more obstacles, here too a band will be assigned to the participants, the same rules as the SIMIL MIL race.

LIMIT TIME 2 HOURS

5. ATHLETES PARTICIPANTS

The SIMIL MIL race can be attended by all women and men of all nationalities who at the time of enrollment have reached the age of 18. Each participant must declare (as specified in the application form) that they are still physically fit to participate in it.

Athletes will have to submit a medical certificate attesting their fitness to practice

Sports type:

• AGONISTIC B1 valid for SIMIL MIL COMPETITIVA;

• NOT AGONISTIC valid for SIMIL MIL NOT COMPETITIVE;

.AGONISTIC B1 and copy of the REAL raid

No event will be allowed to anyone who will not provide a copy of the medical certificate upon registration on the day of the event.

A general, male and female ranking will be drawn up
