non-Italian Athletics Federation regognised by IAFF.
If you donʼt have a membership card you have to download the Health Form +
subscribe the Run Card Fidal: www.runcard.com/english
Be at least 18 years old.
To partecipate at the NO competitive races you donʼt need anything: general ranking and
awards are not provided for this category, but the organizzation will certificate the final time
of each partecipant.

Signals
The tracks will be marked out using fixed retro-reflective signs that are perfectly visible
even in conditions of poor visibility.
Authorised staff will be present to point out the correct direction at junctions or
intersections that are considered to be misleading by the organization.
